About
I invite you to visit my portfolio to experience my extensive multimedia background.
I delved into multimedia creation by taking pictures and videos to make my work more visually compelling. I soon discovered my love for the camera, as it allowed me to capture and share memorable moments and beautiful images.
I taught myself how to edit content with software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop, and learned photography principles involving flash, moments and abstract concepts. I'm expanding my knowledge by pursuing my master’s degree in photojournalism from Ohio University’s School of Visual Communication. Thanks to my hard work and dedication, I earned a summer internship as a Pulliam Fellow with the Arizona Republic, where I covered the Phoenix Suns run to the 2021 NBA Finals and record-high temperatures.
I have bylines in publications like the Washington Post, Associated Press, Arizona Republic and Philadelphia Inquirer.
My portfolio shows a diverse range of breaking news, soft news, feature images along with in-depth photo essays that illustrate the components and themes of individuals and subjects. I have been told my work reflects my passion, work ethic and likability. My goal is for every audience to enjoy my content as much as I love creating it!
